These are mild in flavor, which makes it easy to add spinach, herbs, tomatoes, mushroom or any veggies of your choosing to really maximize the flavor and add lots of nutrients.
Oatmeal
Oatmeal is a good whole grain breakfast option and doesn't take long to cook.
I love to add walnuts, a little cinnamon, brown sugar and berries to mine.
This is a good filling breakfast and can be combined with eggs for a delicious complete breakfast that will give you energy and keep you full.


Greek Yogurt
I love yogurt and if you are looking for a healthier yogurt you will want to look for nonfat plain greek yogurt.
You can eat it plain, but also add things to it like raisins, almonds, flax seeds, and berries.
Greek yogurt is a good source of protein and is quick and easy to make for mornings when you are in a hurry.
